People often come to me when life feels out of balance. This can show up as anxiety, loss, or life events that are affecting you right now.
What matters to me is that you feel seen and understood as a person. I recognise that receiving a diagnosis can bring clarity, but also a sense of grief and loss as you are met with uncertainty, and I take time to understand how this is affecting you and your life. My approach is warm, thoughtful and grounded. I take time to listen carefully and to understand not only what is happening now, but also what may sit underneath it.
With over 24 years of experience, I work as a BACP Senior Accredited Psychotherapist and ADHD coach/therapist, offering therapy and coaching to support individuals navigating ADHD, trauma, and life transitions.
Taking that first step towards support is not always easy, especially if you have been trying to cope on your own for some time, feeling misunderstood, or thinking you should be managing better than you are. You do not need to have everything worked out. We begin with where you are.
My understanding of ADHD, burnout, health changes, stroke, loss, and the quieter struggles that are not always visible to others comes not only from my work, but from lived experience. I bring this into the way I work, with depth and sensitivity, in a way that is aligned with your needs.
I work with individuals from a range of backgrounds, cultures, and life experiences, working online. Wherever you are in the world, I take time to understand your experience and what matters most to you, so we can work in a way that feels right for you.
What I offer is a space where you can slow things down and feel understood. From there, we can begin to make sense of what’s happening, at a pace that feels right for you.
If you feel ready to explore how therapy or coaching may bring more clarity and balance to your life, you’re welcome to contact me.
