1. About Us

We are Sabi Chahal a registered psychotherapist, counsellor and coach offering psychotherapy, coaching, and EMDR services. These services are available for individuals and couples.

2. Services Provided

We offer the following services:

• Psychotherapy
• Counselling
• Coaching
• EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

All services are provided in a confidential and professional manner, following UK laws and regulations.

3. Booking and Payments

• Appointments can be scheduled online or via contact methods provided on our website.
• Payments for sessions are required in advance.
• Cancellation of appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the full session fee.

5. Confidentiality

Your privacy is priority. All information shared during introductory or discovery calls and sessions is confidential, except in the following cases:

• With your consent to share information.
• If we are legally required to disclose information (e.g., if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others).

6. Emergencies

Our services are not suitable for emergency crisis situations. If you are in immediate crisis, please contact emergency services or a relevant helpline. See below:
