Working with loss, ADHD, trauma, and burnout and the challenges they bring feels deeply natural to me. My own quest to understand how they intersect has brought me to where I am today. These experiences shape how we see the world—both internally and in our relationships with others—and influence how we connect with ourselves and others.
A safe, non-judgmental space is at the heart of my work. Without that sense of safety, trusting change can feel difficult, and we often find ourselves stuck in the chaos of trying to reconnect. That's why creating a supportive environment is key to making meaningful progress.
Working with ADHD and trauma feels deeply natural to me. I understand how overwhelming and complex these challenges can be, and I’m passionate about helping you move beyond perceived limitations. My goal is to guide you from fear to possibility, ensuring you feel seen and heard every step of the way. When I’m not working, I find peace in creativity and in taking quiet moments to pause and focus on my breath.
These moments of reflection help me stay grounded and find balance—especially in times of chaos.
If you feel ready to explore how therapy or coaching can bring clarity and balance to your life, I’d love to hear from you.
